The Banana.ONE is developed for smaller to medium sized halls with a depth of up to 50m. The system exists of 4 x BA6 tops and 2 x BA18 subwoofers. The system can be also used in flown applications (flyframe available as option). The BA6 offers a directivity of 100° x 15° (H x V). Two BA6 cabinets offer a directivity of 100° x 30°. The BA6 tops can be adjusted to the audience due to the integrated hardware easily. The recommended preset for the NOVA DC4000 digital controller is available for download.
Description
The BA6 is a two-way high performance line array speaker in a trapezoidal chassis for fixed installations and mobile use. The cabinet is equipped with a 1" HF driver (1,75” voice coil). The HF driver is mounted onto a horn with a nominal coverage of 100° x 15° (H x V). The MF/LF section is covered by two 6,5" high performance speakers. The BA6 can be flown in vertical colums with up to 16 units per side by using the BC1/AC2 flyframe. The angle between each BA6 can be adjusted from 0° up to 7,5° in steps of 1,5°. The BA6 is compatible with the BA18 subwoofer as well as the AT2 line array speaker. The accessories (option) enable the use of BA6 on a speaker stand or a distance rod. Up to four BA6 can be stacked onto the subwoofer BA18 by using the BSA1 stacking adapter. The chassis is constructed from 15 mm plywood and covered with black textured lacquer finish. The cabinet is equipped with two grip handles and a front grill with transparent charcoal foam backing. Two speakon connectors (NL4) are mounted at the rear side of the chassis for signal input (input) and signal link (link). The power rating of the BA6 is 300 W (RMS), the impedance is 16 ohms.
